We’re looking for someone to help us grow our fledgling business.  The right person will need to understand the importance of customer care, and why we go to such lengths, to make our visitors stay in one of our properties exceptional.


We take enormous pride and go over and above to guarantee our guests have a truly memorable visit to Chester. Not just from the presentation of the properties when they arrive but the way we communicate and support them when making arrangements in the city. 


You will be responsible for ensuring our properties are not just clean & tidy, but exceptionally clean & tidy.  Our attention to detail is what sets us apart from other short term letting businesses, it's why we receive so many 5 star reviews and have achieved super host status on Air BnB.


In addition to completing changeovers and managing the laundry we need someone to help us run the booking side of our business, which involves communicating with the guests when they book with us and on the day of arrival.


This role involves a certain amount of independence, the majority of the work needs to be completed between the hours of 10.30am and 3.30pm, so ideal if you have school age children.



Variable but we will guarantee 16 hours per week (will initially include the weekends)



£12.00 per hour, plus 20 days holiday


Full driving licence required

We currently have three properties in our own portfolio with the aim of managing a further ten in the next 12 months. We will also be developing a bespoke service that enables guests to order luxury items for the properties on arrival. Elements that will all need to be co-ordinated.
